MUF/MURAL Libraries

BHPL has reciprocal borrowing agreements with libraries in surrounding towns. The agreements, MUF and MURAL, allow each library to set limitations on what can be borrowed and which services can be used by out-of-town borrowers. Before you visit a MUF or MURAL library, verify what forms of ID are necessary along with your valid BHPL card (no fines over $5.00, and not expired). Items returned to libraries other than the loaning library will remain on the patron’s record until returned to the loaning library, possibly accruing fines.
